Using with Blesta

BlissRADIUS Embedded adds new things to Blesta web interface. After reading about it in detail, go trough work flow to get the picture what to do with products and services.

It is assumed that you have completed installation procedure for Blesta and that you are familiar with correct program starting procedure.

Before you will be able to authenticate clients you have to configure RADIUS settings too.

Current limitations

Compared to other billing systems Blesta has certain technical limitations at the moment:

• Editing email or phone number for client won't mirror those changes in all client's services. Workaround for this issue is to click on all client's services (expanding Service details) which will force mirroring of changes. If this is not done then old email address or phone will be used for service notifications.

• Client can't change service password from client area.
