Quick work flow overview

Normal work flow in Blesta staff area is:

Create package, under module select BlissRADIUS Embedded module and configure options in text area below. Blesta packages are called products on BlissRADIUS Embedded side.

Create service for existing client and optionally customize it. Service has identical text area field you can use to override package options.
Once you click Save service with that username and password can be authenticated by BlissRADIUS Embedded. Service status must be Active.
Change service to Suspended or anything other than Active to disable it. If service is currently online it will be disconnected shortly.
Similarly, when you delete service it becomes invisible to BlissRADIUS Embedded.
If you want to top-up service you have to use Blesta add-on services as described here.
If you are using recurring or automated payments, Blesta will control status of service. All services that don't have Active status will be disabled and disconnected by BlissRADIUS Embedded.

Clients can check status of their services using Blesta client portal but can't change their service password.
If you have Blesta add-ons set up then clients can purchase them and top-up service.
If you have customized service using configurable options then client may be able to purchase upgrades.
