Top-ups

Top-ups with Blesta

BlissRADIUS Embedded top-ups are managed using Blesta add-on services. All add-on services with Active status will affect parent services quotas and options. Add-on services don't count as real services to BlissRADIUS Embedded, only parent services are visible.

Login to Blesta staff area and:

1. Create add-on package group.

2. Create package that is member of that group. Select BlissRADIUS Embedded module for package. Pricing should be one time event, recurring add-ons are not recommended. Don't forget to set group membership.

3. Edit package options field with BlissRADIUS Embedded top-up options by hand. Each line must contain top-up option name, equal sign = and amount as decimal number. Line is case insensitive and all spaces are removed, so topup:monthlygblimit=10 and TOPUP: Monthly GB Limit = 10 are same.

   You can have multiple lines with different top-up options. They will be treated as distinct top-ups created on same date, eg:

   Monthly Download Limit = 50
   Monthly Upload Limit = 10

   Options picker shows service options, these are not same as top-up options. Due to limitations of Blesta API options picker can't differentiate between normal and add-on packages.

4. Go to clients service edit page in staff area and scroll down to Available Add-ons. Select one of possible add-ons and click on add button. Add-on now extends quotas for parent service.

Similar procedure can be accomplished from client area. Once add-on is purchased and activated parent service will be affected.

BlissRADIUS Embedded status report will list all recognized top-ups with state and reason if they are disabled (due to not being active, in pending or expired state for daily and monthly options).
