Service customization

Services inherit options from parent products. It is possible to customize them on service level so they may differ from product default.

This is done in Blesta using three ways:

First way is to use text area input field found in service edit page. Using this field you can list options and values that will override package defaults. This is only visible to staff so it is good way for administrative customization of service.
Second way is to use package configurable options with same name. These options will override those found in package and service text area. This is a good way to give client a chance to change quotas during purchase.

Configurable option name must match the BlissRADIUS Embedded option you wish to override. Standard rule of naming apply - option names are case insensitive and spaces don't matter.
Last way is to use add-ons to top-up service. This is best choice to give clients a way to extend quotas after initial purchase.
