Top-ups with WHMCS

BlissRADIUS Embedded top-ups are implemented using WHMCS service addons. Addons need to be in Active status to be used.

To create addon go to WHMCS admin portal to Setup > Products/Services > Product Addons and click on Add New Addon. Once there configure options like this:

• Set Name field to what you like.

• Description field contains keywords that will be parsed by BlissRADIUS Embedded. Description must have one or more more lines that start with topup: followed by top-up option name, equal sign = and amount as decimal number. Line is case insensitive and all spaces are removed, so topup:monthlygblimit=10 and TOPUP: Monthly GB Limit = 10 are same. Enclose options in HTML comment tags <!-- and --> so they are not visible on order page as part of description text.

  You can have multiple lines with different options. They will be treated as distinct top-ups created on same date, eg:

  Example will be treated like 2 top-ups created on same day that add 50 GB to download and 10 GB to upload monthly limit.

• Billing Cycle should be set to One Time as top-ups are not recurring events.

• Tick products listed under Applicable Products that you want to have this top-up available.

Once addon is purchased and activated service limits will be extended.

BlissRADIUS Embedded status report will list all recognized addons with state and reason if they are disabled (due to not being active, in pending or expired state for daily and monthly options).

Addon Registration Date determines month/day period of use for top-up.
