Here are listed answers to some common questions specific to WHMCS usage. You might want to check out general FAQ too.

How can I set static IP address to service?

You can set it using WHMCS custom filed named "Framed IP" to override service option of the same name. Or you can use Dedicated IP field instead, see next question.

Can I use Dedicated IP to set service address?

Yes, if you are not using it for something else WHMCS related already. This way is easier than using custom field. You must enable it by adding line define("BLISSEMBED_FRAME_DEDICATED_IP", true); to your config file. Contents of "Dedicated IP" field will override "Framed IP" service option.

Is there way to remove the status shown in top right corner of WHMCS?

Yes. Add define("BLISSEMBED_STATUS_BAR", false); line to your config file. This is not recommended as you won't know of problems until clients start calling you on the phone.
