Do you offer prepaid or postpaid licenses?

We offer both at the same time. Prepaid licenses become postpaid the moment they expire. Advantage of prepaid ones is that you can use volume discount during purchase. Postpaid licenses (program usage) are always charged at full rate.

I'm new and want to try your program, but not sure will I buy it?

Not a problem. If demo license is not enough for testing purpose, we will offer test license free of charge. Package and duration are decided on a case-by-case basis.

How does volume discount works?

Volume discount works only with prepaid licenses. If clients license is postpaid, number of months are purchased at full price to cover postpaid duration and only then discount is applied to the rest of purchase.

Eg. for discount to be applicable to customer 25 days into postpaid, purchase of 4 months must be made to be qualified for 5% discount (1 month at full price + 3 months at 5% discount).

Help! Program warns me that my prepaid license expires tomorrow!

Don't be alarmed, nothing will happen tomorrow. Program will keep working normally after prepaid license expires. License becomes postpaid from that moment on and acts accordingly.

How long can I use my postpaid license before I am expected to pay?

One month is standard duration. If there are reasonable reasons, longer duration may be permitted. It is decided on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for more information.

Note: more than one month is permitted during this transition if needed, so clients have time to familiarize and adapt to introduced changes.

What purchase methods do you offer?

At the moment we offer only bank/wire transfer and reliable alternatives like Western Union, MoneyGram and Ria money transfer if more suited. There are other possibilities like Remitly but check with us first. Unfortunately, crypto is not an option.

Can I use debit/credit card to make purchase online directly?

Not at the moment. We are keeping an eye on suitable solutions.

Can purchase process be automated?

Not likely at the moment. Only if some of currently supported methods offer automated card processing subscriptions (eg. Western Union) but it depends on customers location. Bank/wire transfer may be set to be recurring event depending on bank.

I just purchased license, when will I receive license key?

Normally within 24 hours. Our staff checks every purchase, there is time zone difference to begin with and some methods (banks) are slower than others. Contact us if you don't receive key by then.

You can asks us to issue you license key right away in case of urgency and with some kind of proof (screenshot).

I want to upgrade/downgrade license, is it possible?

Yes. With prepaid licenses, if there is time left we will recalculate days left using price ratio of old and new package. Eg. if you have 12 days left of package that costs $30/month, and want to switch to $60/month, new license will have 6 days left (30/60) * 12.

Conversely with postpaid license, using above formula number of days will be added to your bill on next license purchase.

Why aren't there purchase links on website?

We had them published but experience proved it is not best course of action.

There are lot of product and license options and interested clients are often unsure which one is best suited for their needs. We prefer they contact us first so we can guide them instead of them purchasing themselves something they don't need.
